There’s no “perfect” time.
You can’t stall your way to success. Sure, patience definitely has it’s place and some days you might feel better than others. There’s a difference between being patient and working daily to bring your vision to life and just sitting there procrastinating and hoping for some miracle to happen.
Typically, the earlier we start things the better we become at them. Working for longer periods of time tends to produce more competence and better results down the line. Hard to be bad at something if you practice and perform it for hours everyday over a long enough timeframe.
There will be an infinite amount of excuses and deflections along the way but take it upon yourself to be accountable. Understand what needs to be done when and put the time and energy into completing the mission at hand. Make it so that your mind is always looking for solutions instead of problems and distractions. Get started and enjoy challenges. They mean you’re progressing further. If everything was easy, simple and straightforward life would be very dull. Understand that you’re not a robot. Things won’t always go according to plan but when you step out of your comfort zone and get moving, things start to flow in your favor. Momentum takes over and all the answers you were seeking are revealed as you go through the motions.
Think outside of the box.
As the saying goes, “There’s more than one way to skin a cat”. In a time where everyone wants a “one size fits all” cookie cutter approach to all their problems, get a feel for your own situation and carve out a path that resonates with your spirit. Get creative and find new ways to solve any issues present in your life. Don’t take everything at face value. Certain things will resonate with you and others won’t. Listen to your instincts and discern the things you hear and see. There’s a lot of noise out there so it helps to discard most of what you hear and focus on finding the gems. Never let yourself get too distracted or thrown off course. Where there’s a will there’s a way.
Stay vigilant and constantly refine your systems. New tools and strategies appearing around the clock that you can use and implement to improve your situation. Infinite amount of opportunity in the world. Problem is we have to focus and know where to look. Clues are given to those who seek the answers. You can’t sit on the sidelines and expect to be rewarded. The ones that achieve success do so through competence and persistence. Get good at something and keep making it better. Dedicate your time and energy to building up important areas of your life. Combine skills to become great overall. Always something new to learn and apply. Become more effective and efficient.
Be very open minded with possibilities. We’re often too closed off. We think too logically and tuck our imaginations away for when it’s time to relax. The reality is mixing that creative side together with logic and strategy will give us the best overall picture of how to solve the problem at hand. Use the weapons in your arsenal and when the moment calls for it, forge new ones.
You owe it to yourself.
Start with the person you see in the mirror. We often think too big and act too little. Average person gets paranoid reading up on world events but is completely fine when their own life is constantly stagnating. Save yourself first. Take care of your life and the people that are important to you. The rest can wait until you’re on the right path. Most things are just completely out of our control whether we like it or not. Make sure you focus on what you can actually change and improve. Take a look at the road ahead and make your way forward.
Being selfish is a good thing. We see too many people putting on a facade to appease others and stay agreeable all the time. Living in a way that goes against your nature will cause side effects. We might think we are just being “nice” and “normal” but the reality is that constantly suppressing things causes negative reactions that spiral out of control. Speak your mind. Do what you have to do to get where you want to go. Stop playing it small to make everyone else feel safe. Take care of yourself and use your time and energy wisely. We only get so much of it in a lifetime.
