We’ve all heard this countless times but it’s the truth. Wasting time on the sidelines waiting for ideal conditions is a good way to remain stagnant. It’s genuinely difficult to grasp the vastness of this world and the flow of opportunity all around. You could be feeling off. The weather might be bad. Tragedy strikes. All these obstacles can be turned around for the better. Pour that energy back into your mission. Start gaining momentum and stacking small wins. Have a realistic sense of where you are now and where you’d like to be.
The mind can be our greatest ally or our worst enemy depending on how we see things and adapt to circumstances over time. Many think themselves out of taking any action and come up with a variety of different excuses as to why something won’t work. Starting off any task with this defeatist mindset is a recipe for disaster. It goes without saying there might be some bumps in the road at first but you’ll never know how good you are at something until you start developing base level competence.
Contrast how things are now with where they could be. Chances are most people would probably want better health, more money and great relationships. All of these can be improved with the right skills and volume paired with timing and chance. Don’t delay any longer. No need to have all the answers before getting started. Go through the necessary battles and overcome the challenges that arise. Stop looking at work or duty in a negative light. You have things to get done no matter what your path is. Day by day we can choose to steer the ship in the right direction. Testing the waters and weathering storms as we go. When results begin to appear we ask ourselves why we didn’t start earlier. Funny how life works. Take that as a hint to go out and find what you’re passionate about and good at. Create systems that will help you obtain your ideal lifestyle. Find the right networks. Speak to people who have results in subjects that you’re interested in. Get excited to learn and enjoy the process. Step into the arena and make things happen. One right move can save years of time and energy. We’re living in an era where clicking a few buttons can exponentially multiply your initial investment.
