There are many places and spaces to visit in a lifetime.
The world is massive with many things to discover. We might not be able to see everything but we can definitely reach the right destinations.
Having a curious mind that wants to explore and learn is key to becoming successful in any venture you choose to pursue. Trust your instincts and always be on the lookout for clues and hints that can take you to the next level. Knowledge and application go hand in hand. Use both in unison to get the best results possible over time.
Pushing through those initial mental roadblocks that halt us when we are new to something will enable momentum to be gained very quickly. Some call it “beginner’s luck” but if you actually stick to something diligently for days, weeks and months at a time you will develop a base level of competence in this area.
Continuing to step into the arena on a daily basis will allow us to put our knowledge to the test. Once we’re able to solidify those foundational skills it gets easier to put our own creative spin on things and develop our voice along the way.
New experiences help us to get a better overall picture of everything we’re dealing with. We’re able to relate previous memories to what is going on in the present moment. New pathways get connected not only physically with regards to new environments, but mentally with new ideas and spiritually with new hope and faith as well.
Figure out what resonates with your spirit.
Every person in the world has a different version in their minds of what a great life looks like. Sure, everyone might want to be rich and healthy with great relationships, but even in those categories the specifics vary greatly. Different people care about different things. We live among billions of other humans coexisting together, each with their own interests in mind that guide their actions to various extents. Figure out which set of patterns, habits, beliefs and preferences work for your situation. Create a life that will enable you to maximize your potential.
One of the most famous sayings out there is “you can’t teach a fish to fly”. Some people are just naturally bad at some things. Others are unable to find the passion to excel at things they might be decent at. It’s important to balance both sides of the equation. Get to the point where you’re good at the things you enjoy while enjoying the things you’re good at. Everyone has a natural predisposition towards certain subjects. Figure out where your time and energy are best placed to gain the right results.
Eliminate the word “can’t” from your mind.
More often than not, the majority find themselves in scenarios where they mentally block the possibility of something good happening to them before the event even has a chance to occur. Their negative perception disables them from pushing forward in the face of uncertainty.
A recent example from my life is diving into crypto a few weeks ago and going from having no idea how to buy or sell to making some promising gains already with money I had to invest. It took me a few hours, a couple mistakes and quite a bit of guidance to get everything set up. Now I’m already starting to see returns, reaping rewards early on and learning many new things as I go.
This example can be translated into any endeavor your wish to pursue. Allow yourself to dive in head first and learn those lessons along the way. Stop missing the boat and selling yourself short. You’re much more capable than you give yourself credit for.
Put the right work in and stick with things. Constantly adapt to challenges and refine your systems along the way. The journey doesn’t stop until you take your last breath so in reality it’s never too late to try and do something, no matter how much time has passed.
Walk around your city. Go into new shops and restaurants. Talk to people. Travel to a new place. Make connections in person and online. Use the tools and resources that are at your disposal. Learn new skills. Gain experience and wisdom.
Pursue that “crazy” idea that you’re passionate about. It probably makes a lot more sense once the wheels start turning and some momentum starts building. Don’t try to get from A-Z in one day but definitely start moving from A-B.
Trust your instincts.
Get the work done.
Explore all the possibilities.
Create your own system along the way.
Build a life you love living.
Enjoy the journey.
