We are all born with unique features under different settings. Nature intertwines with nurture and certain habits and patterns are instilled in us as we grow up.
Time goes by and we shift through different phases. Meeting many people, going to new places and trying things to see what mix of elements gives us the most satisfaction in this life.
We might grow out of things and change how we see the world many times over. New knowledge and information begins to help us recognize a path forward that is hidden to others.
Old habits die hard. Vices that used to thrill starting to lead us astray. Realizing that the wrong moves stifle our potential.
A lot of these shifts begin to occur when we realize there is more to life than what the average person has planned. The mundane, “safe” path forward of uninspired work and cheap dopamine fixes to mask the pain of a dying spirit.
As more time goes by, we are bombarded with stimulus and information.
Our conscious and subconscious minds constantly processing everything from pressing personal issues to the minute details of our environment and daily interactions.
Past events that seemed world ending in the moment being completely forgotten and moved on with almost entirely.
Always some new flashing lights appearing to distract idle minds.
It’s now more important than ever to have a vision of your ideal life as a beacon guiding you at all times.
When there is something to work towards it gives your life a certain purpose and makes the work a bit easier knowing it serves your mission.
Assess where you are currently compared to where you’d like to end up and start taking the initial steps down the path.
What you tend to notice is that you may have to adapt to these changes you’ve put in motion. Challenges arise. You’ll be tested. New insights will appear that you didn’t previously have in mind. You start to resonate more with certain things and less with others.
Your spirit starts to send you signs when its time to evolve and get rid of chains that bind. Some habits, places and relationships might need to end so you can dedicate more time to the right things.
There’s no need to do anything maliciously or out of spite. Just recognize the direction you’re headed in and adjust your lifestyle accordingly. As time goes by this process continually repeats itself. Different iterations for the phases of life we encounter along the way.
Control what you can. Go after what you want and understand that you can be of better service to others when pouring from a full cup.
The vast infinity of choices we are presented with can overwhelm us if we don’t have a purpose to our actions. This is not to encourage rigidity. You should live in the moment as well. Just make sure you are heading in the right direction and doing things aligned with your spirit.
Many rooms, places and spaces you can end up in.

Double down on what works. Cut out what doesn’t.
