Understand your patterns and habits.
Everyone has their own personal experience of the world. We each develop a certain set of characteristics as we go through life. Nature and nurture combine with time and energy to create life as we know it. Different people from different walks of life living simultaneously with their own set of strengths, weaknesses, visions and ambitions.
It’s important that we each take the time to analyze our own patterns and habits to see which serve us and which are holding us back. Events, places and substances affect everyone differently. Understand how the quantity and quality of the things you do interact with every facet of your life. Inputs and outputs are heavily determined by how our time and energy is consciously spent.
What’s good for someone may be bad for someone else. Nobody is 100% identical to another person in terms of life experience. Even twins that are very close go through some different motions on a daily basis. Every path is unique. We each carry our own physical attributes, mindsets, thoughts, beliefs, strengths, weaknesses and passions. The key is to determine which combination of what is ideal for our own situation while constantly doubling down on what works and cutting out what doesn’t as time goes on. Refine the systems and clarify the vision. Gain more wisdom and experience along the way.

Each different person will have different areas and environments they thrive in. Our challenge is to create a life that aligns with our own spirit regardless of what we were brought up around or have experienced throughout the years. Take hints from your gut feeling when doing certain activities. Are they really of your own choosing or were you told this was the path by outside forces who might not necessarily have your best interests at heart? It’s up to each of us to find our purpose and set our boundaries accordingly so we can perform at high levels over time in whatever subjects we choose to pursue. Think of what your dream life looks like and take the necessary steps to make it happen.
Have autonomy in understanding what actually drives you after a certain point. Even as we climb to higher levels, the work never really ends. Sure, things might easier. Our systems will become more effective and efficient. Our status might elevate. All these things are true but the challenges and roadblocks never end. They also tend to get more difficult as we reach new heights. There is really no limit to what can be achieved if we think outside the box. Even on days when things go incredibly smooth, there is still life to be lived and another day to look forward too. Those daily workouts add up and suddenly you’re in the best shape of your life. In that moment the times when it was a struggle to get to the gym don’t even register.
