All the tools and knowledge in the world won’t mean much without a plan.
Having the right blueprint will save you a lot of time and energy when it comes to building your life.
You don’t need every single step of the way to be planned out. “Perfectionism” is just another word for procrastination. What you do need is to start taking action with the tools and knowledge that are currently available. Decide what your goals are. Strategize an immediate plan. Execute and analyze the results of your actions so that your systems can be improved and refined.
Drive and determination are extremely important pieces to the puzzle, even if you start off relatively comfortable in life. Resources that are given to the underserving are often wasted and spoiled as seen in many examples throughout history of people born into royalty that squandered everything they had. You need to learn how to wield the weapons given to you. Even if you start off with an advantage, don’t take anything for granted. Use what you have to climb even higher mountains. Don’t fall into the comfort trap.
Understand that all the buildings, homes and systems that have been constructed in your environment started off with an idea and a blueprint. The plans were made. The ground was cleared and the foundation was set. The frames and floors and rooms and appliances were all built in. The finished product is unrecognizable from the many raw materials it took to first demolish and then build the structures we see and use in our daily lives. Without the plans to put up and then the actions to construct these buildings from start to finish, no matter what, everyone would still be living on the street or in cabins like centuries past.
Every path is different.
People have different desires, traits and points of origin. Your ideal life may be very different compared to someone else’s. Your resources, personality, life stage, strengths and weaknesses may be very different as well. The clearer you can get on where to place your time and energy, the quicker your vision will begin to come to life.
Having a mission to accomplish makes it much easier to get things done. There’s a purpose and strong reason behind all your actions. Even if you don’t have all the answers yet, the desire to keep chipping away and digging until things start to click will help you become competent in almost anything you set your mind to.
Wake up every day with an objective. Think of what has to be done to move the needle. Start attacking. The more shots you fire, the better chance you have of hitting some targets.
It’s important to learn how to wield a weapon before using it in battle.
You can have the best machines in the world but if you don’t know how to operate them, they become useless and ineffective.
Get the basics down and start getting some initial results.
Upgrade your tools and weapons as you go along to tackle bigger challenges and solve more problems. Help your mind to understand that the grand vision is at the other end of present daily actions and habits. The gratification might be delayed but the rewards are priceless in the end. The experience gained and the lessons learned are worth more than gold.
By having an objective in mind at all times, any void that might have been experienced in the past gets filled with purpose. No matter what is going on in the outside world, we remain solid and continue down the path no matter what comes along. When our focus is on bettering the world, the attempts to bring us down are futile. We know that our mission is divine. We work and take risks to improve our environments and help those we care for.
We continue to build and step into the arena no matter what the circumstances may be. While others get bogged down and shut themselves off mentally before ever taking any physical action, wee see every mistake as a lesson and every challenge as a means to gain more experience. We do not cower away. We embrace fear and the unknown. Stagnating is not an option. We move forward on the path towards our ultimate destination.
In a time where many might not care if you just sit there and do nothing, take accountability for your thoughts and actions regardless. Hold yourself to a standard and do it to give the ones you love a better life.
Live by a code and continuously refine your systems as you put in the work to improve your skills. Take the necessary risks needed to gain the right experience. Don’t just consume mountains of information for it only to be forgotten and unused. Take the knowledge that you currently have and pair it with your resources to give yourself an idea of what actions need to be taken in the present to get the engine running.
Don’t overthink it. Start digging and you’ll begin to find what works after building the right foundations.
Acquire the necessary tools and experience to start solving bigger problems down the line.
You’ll never reach the final destination if you don’t take those initial steps forward.
Understand your purpose.
Set the blueprint.
Complete the mission.
Reach new levels.
