Throughout life we find ourselves ending old patterns and beginning new ones, either consciously or unconsciously. Cycles all around us, starting and finishing at different intervals. Ranging from the beginning and end of time itself to the microsecond interactions with strangers we pass in the street to never see again.
The constant intertwined vibration of these different loops and cycles that make up our life is what can give us information on where to improve or let go in certain situations. Starting new habits and patterns, finishing old ones that no longer serve us.
In many instances, a lot of things are out of your control and you have to make peace with this. Whether it’s unconscious, unlucky or a problem with your health or environment, certain cards were dealt to you before you had the chance to properly analyze your hand. This will be an ongoing battle but once you realize how to consciously take control and steer the ship in a different direction, a new horizon will open up to you.
Look at the patterns you’ve developed on an hour by hour basis and understand how they pile on to create a larger picture of where you end up. Those minutes amount to a lifetime, no matter how long or short. A stamp during a certain point in the history books of time.
From someone who understands what it was like to live unconsciously in the past, getting out of negative patterns and into positive ones is a surefire way to speed up progress in whatever mission you choose to pursue.
Appreciate the gift of time. The duality of being lost in such a vast world while still being able to leave your mark on it in some way. It should give you the motivation to start questioning what results your actions are getting you. If things don’t add up then you have to go back to the drawing board and attack every area you want to improve in slowly but surely.
What do you want to be good at? What do you want to be known for? These types of questions will help you build the blueprint of your reality. Once you know where to look and what skills to learn, it’s time to start executing on a daily basis to compound the future effects of your patterns and habits. At this stage you must be ruthless with your boundaries. Avoid breaking the right cycles as well as falling back into the wrong ones. Traps lay everywhere and there will definitely be challenges and various hurdles to overcome.
Adapt to whatever is thrown at you and fall back to the blueprint in times of stress to remember what this is all for. Become a master at managing your time. There is more you can complete in a day than you think. If you find there isn’t then start subtracting. You shouldn’t be a one trick pony but trying to focus on dozens of targets at once won’t end well.
These changes in reality from feeling stuck and unsure to focused and driven happen through these daily improvements and pattern shifts. Waking up with purpose, having faith that you gave it your all, going to sleep in anticipation of another day to continue creating your life and leaving your mark.
Once you become conscious enough of what direction you want to head down, implement those actions in the form of daily habits that will get you there. Make things non negotiable. Training physically, taking care of your health, taking care of your family, networking with the right people, taking whatever steps necessary to fulfill your mission, learning the proper skills and improving your financial situation are just a few things that come to mind. All these should be customized to whatever path you want to follow. Many avenues to achieve all of them it just depends on what fits with your goals and current environment.
Avoiding the wrong people, places and vices is important as well. Addition and subtraction go hand in hand. Once you know a certain set of habits or relationships are actively to your detriment, start taking the steps to eliminate them as much as possible. These usually come in the form of traps that steal your time and energy. Everyone has different vices so be aware of what might set you off and learn how to control yourself properly with whatever you indulge in.
Understand how these different cycles make up your life, put in the work to get where you want to go and let the chips fall where they may. May time be on your side.
Begin and End. Start and Finish. Create and Destroy.
Recognize the patterns in your life.
